What we do? We attach your collection of pedals and components to our pedalboard systems and professionally wire your rig with tidy, custom soldered cables. We build your rig to handle everything from weekend gigs to the most demanding professional touring scenarios.
What’s included in the price? Prices shown cover our labor to plan, layout, mount and fully wire your pedalboard with custom audio and power cables. All materials to do this are covered in the cost.
What's not included? The cost of the setup does not include the cost of the pedalboard, case or add-on accessories such as Power Units, Patch Bays, Panel Adapters, etc. These are all separate products that must be purchased in addition to the setup.
Where Do I Start? While our setup packages below give a good indication of what you might be paying for your setup, the best place to start is to email [email protected] to start a discussion about what your rig looks like and when we can schedule your build. From there you will be given a custom quote and a game plan for the process.

Requirements and FAQ.
1. Do I need a case? Our wiring setup is a worthwhile, but costly investment to build a reliable rig that is worth protecting when shipped back to you. All rig builds are required to be shipped back to the client either in a Blackout or Custom flight case.
2. What board can I have a setup on? As an industry leader for over 10 years, we've designed our pedalboards with the player and wiring process in mind and have built the workflow for our wiring process designed around our own boards. To be as efficient as possible and guarantee our work to the level we do, we require all builds be completed on Creation Music Company Pedalboards. We offer a wide selection of pedalboard options to meet virtually any need our clients may have.
3. Do I need to prep my pedals? Basic pedal preparation is built into the cost of your wiring service. Pedals needing excessive work (excesive gunk to prepare a clean surface for new adhesives may be subject to additional labor charges. You may also prepare your own pedals and remove any previously used Velcro, Dual Lock, mounting plates, or residue as it can help with your wiring service being completed in the fastest turn around possible.
4. Shipping:
- Sending Pedals to Creation - Clients are responsible for packing and shipping their pedals. However, as a business we have commercial rates that are significantly less expensive than what your local shipping store will charge for your label. Should you wish for us to provide you with a label to send in your pedals, all we need is your information and the dimensions and weight of the package(s) and we can send you an invoice for the cost of the label.
- Packing up pedals - The best solution is to wrap each pedal individually in padded packaging and combine pedals in a box. Sending your pedals in their original box takes more space in the package to us as well as space to send your boxes back to you in a separate package as they will not fit inside your completed rig.
- Sending my completed board back - Return shipping costs are included in your setup package. However, requiring signature for delivery, shipping insurance or additional declared value is not included. Most clients opt to pay for the additional cost of shipping coverage beyond the included $99 declared value. We pack your rig with the utmost protection possible to prevent damage. However, Creation does not compensate for lost/stolen packages or delays in shipping. We strongly recommend additional declared value.
5. Warranty? All the cables made for your setup are guaranteed for life. If you ever have an issue, send that cable back and we'll fix or replace it for free. We guarantee to build your rig to function as discussed in any setup consultation or we'll fix it.
We build our setups to last. We call the process making your rig "bullet proof." We take every step we can from years of experience to make sure your setup ships back without coming apart because we build all our setups for life on the road. Unfortunately, there is no warranty for TSA or similar situations where they perform any type of disassembly as part of their inspections.
6. Pricing. We offer a variety of setup packages as a base price. They were designed so most players can have a single package to cover all their build needs.
Creation Music LLC is responsible for the property of the client inside its facility.
Creation Music LLC assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property of the client while in transit to or from Creation Music LLC by any parcel delivery service. Additional Shipping coverage is recommended.
Clients are responsible for any additional charges necessary to complete the work requested by the client (additions and/or change orders).
Setups may not be cancelled once the non-refundable deposit is paid. Non-responsive clients who do not coordinate with Creation Music, LLC in a timely manner will forfeit their non-refundable deposit.
